Hello (again)

Well Cancer Research winter run 2025. 

Once again I'm starting training a bit late and I find myself heading for an even slower run in February.

Nonetheless - please, please sponsor me. Cancer Research does such brilliant work - but every year we come across new cancers that need new research and we all know healthy fit friends who find that unexplained niggle (or maybe no niggle at all) suddenly turns out to be cancer. 

Every penny we raise helps Cancer Research learn more about the cancers that affect us all and helps them find cures that will help many more of us live for years cancer free. 

You are incredibly generous to sponsor the world's slowest 10k and I cannot tell you how grateful I am if you can help.

Getting started - please read

Once again, on February 23, I'm doing the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run for Cancer Research UK. 

I know many of you have helped in the past but I will be so so grateful if you can donate even the smallest amount to help me raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK and support me as I train for this 10k on 23rd February 2025. 

Nearly 1 in 2 of us will get cancer at some point*. We can all support the research to help beat it.
