Cancer is relentess. But so are we. 

On track…I think.

Several weeks of winter bugs plus eating and drinking for a week in Florence have served to divert me from any semblance of a training schedule. But, hopefully, now back on track.
UPDATE…. Training has been going well. Back up to speed..literally. Have done runs of around 10k with times showing I can still do sub one hour times which is the target. 

I am taking on the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2025 for Cancer Research UK. 

Please donate to my page to help me raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK and support me as I train for a 10k on 23rd February 2025.
