Hi all,
I entered London Winter Run for Cancer Research at the end of last year when I embarked on a "Get fit and get slim campaign. I wanted to get good enough at running that I would be able to raise a few pennies for the charity in memory and honour of all friends, family and colleagues lost to the dreaded Cancer. They stay in our hearts and thoughts always, and I will hold them close as I run the 10k course.
If you have just a few pennies that you can donate to the cause I really would appreciate your support. I know money is tight at this time of year but a small amount can give so much to people with cancer.
