Setting off on the journey
So, I know I can run 10k- I’ve done it before, back in May of 2024. But I’ve had a recurrent muscle strain since then that’s stopped me enjoying running as much as I’d like to.I am taking on the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2025.
