It's been over 5 years since I last ran a 10k, so I'm kicking off the year with the Cancer Research Winter Run, and I cant think of a more worthy cause. Unfortunately a day doesn't seem pass these days without Cancer being in the news or someone I know affected by this awful disease. So this is me doing my bit for Cancer Research.I am taking on the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2025.
