We're fundraising to beat cancer!
Why?
Hi everyone , me , my brother and my cousin will be running the winter 10km run in Feb for cancer research. We will be running in the memory of my mum who lost her battle with cancer in 2010. Some of you may be wondering you why now? This is the exact reason we have chosen now to run, we never spoke about our mum growing up and we hope the money we raise will fund programmes for young people to speak about how they feel.

Hi all,
My cousin, My brother and myself will be running this 10k in memory of mine and my brother’s mum. Our mum died in 2010 after a difficult battle with breast cancer. Our mum was too young, Matthew and I were too young. We’ve never been able to talk to each other about mum, I think we’ve both found it hard to find the words to say. Doing a run like this carries on the memory of our mum , and also helps us to have more open conversations with each other. I’d like to say a massive thank you to those who have already seen our page and donated and those who haven’t seen our page, any donations would be massively appreciated.
