Run 1 done! ✅
The last time I did any proper running was during the pandemic, when I did couch to 5k to give me something to do and keep me occupied.And because it’s been so long, I have no idea where I’m at in terms of running. So today was about getting out and getting an idea of where to start from.
I did Couch to 5k week 2 run 1 - which is 90 seconds running, 2 mins walking, 6 times in a row. And you know what, I found it pretty easy actually!! 🥳
So from Monday I’ll try week 3.
Really glad to have got started already and really looking forward to the challenge.
