Hey there
A few months ago, I went for a run. Fast forward to now, and I’m slightly less breathless. But only slightly.
Something else happened around the same time I took that first exhausting jog — my mum was diagnosed with bowel and lung cancer.
I probably don’t need to describe what that’s been like. The truth is, cancer is so common now that you can probably relate. 1 in 2 of us will face it in some way, and that’s a reality that’s both shocking and all too familiar.
And so I'm going for a run. On 23 February, I'll be running 10k as part of Cancer Research's London Winter Run. I haven't run 10k before, so I can assure you this will be a challenge.
If you're in a position to donate and help me raise money for the vital work Cancer Research does, that’d be greatly appreciated. I also know that’s not possible for everyone, and that’s completely okay too :)

If you run far enough, you’ll get to Seattle, which would be super for me. More seriously, I know how important this cause is and that every bit helps. Go get em.
